Day 2 Irkutsk-Hunting Base
After lunch, visit the hunting weapon stores in Irkutsk and buy supplies according to your needs. After lunch, drive to the hunting base. It is a gathering place for hunting and fishing enthusiasts built in the forest. The Russian nation is known as the "fighting nation". Here you will experience the unique enthusiasm of the "fighting nation". The hospitality of the Russians is no less than their love for vodka. Day 3. Hunting base.
After breakfast, we go hunting. Yesterday we learned about weapons, and today the hunter will lead us deep into the hunting grounds and on a night hunt. We will hunt in groups consisting of a hunter-instructor and two or three participants. All bullets are live, the animals are wild, and all actions are carried out according to the hunter's instructions. If there is any result, the hunter decides to show everyone how to skin a fish and save the key parts on site or in the hunting workshop, depending on how dark it is and what the conditions are at the hunting site. Or cook a game dish in the evening. Today you will take a test to find out if you have the "Hunter's Eye". Follow the hunter's instructions and shoot the chosen prey. After the night hunt, we will give you a special gift - [a Russian bath] to wash away the fatigue of a long journey. Day 4. Hunting base - Irkutsk
After breakfast, return to the city of Irkutsk and visit three cathedrals: the prestigious Cathedral of the Epiphany (approximately 10 minutes for exterior) The Cathedral of the Epiphany was built in 1693 and is the second oldest building in Irkutsk. It is still well preserved. The Cathedral of Our Lady of the Cross (approximately 10 minutes for exterior) is a Catholic church in Irkutsk. Most of the locals believe in the Orthodox Church. This church was built by Polish immigrants a hundred years ago and is a late Gothic architectural style. The Kazan Cathedral (approximately 20 minutes for interior) is a complete imitation of the "onion dome" of the Kazan Cathedral of Our Lady. It is an Orthodox church in Irkutsk and the most exquisite of the more than 70 churches in Irkutsk. Day 5 Irkutsk-Listvyanka City-Beijing
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Listvyanka, a small town known as the gateway to Lake Baikal. On the way, we will visit the Taritz Museum of Wooden Life, which is an authentic reflection of the life and habitation of Russian and indigenous peoples. Almost all the buildings of the museum are made of real wood, simple and restrained. In the wooden houses you can see old spinning wheels, high bunks and Russian stoves. Visit the Baikal Museum: Start here to get a more complete understanding of Lake Baikal. It displays and introduces the ecosystem of Lake Baikal, including the plants and animals that grow and live in the surrounding area and under the surface of the water at a depth of 1,700 meters. Of the more than 3,000 species of plants and animals known to science in Lake Baikal, two thirds are found only in this lake, including many sea creatures that live in the fresh water of Baikal, which is a great wonder. The famous Baikal ringed seal is the only seal in the world that lives in fresh water, and it also makes its home in this museum.
